  1. This is not epic games customer support. What do you expect us to do?

    It’s well past the deadline and because the contest rules imply that epic can void an “entry” for practically any reason, epic support is probably going to tell you to take a hike.

I had the same problem, i email them and they sad that i received the email and i should check my spam and it was there but all the emails i sent took like 3 weeks for them to answer to my problems(i mean i sen them my first email then I received a response that did not clear me and then i reply them, i had around 12 answers and question who took around 3 weeks).
    First i wasn’t sure if i was still eligible for get my pin because i didn’t receive the in game mission to check my email in the next days.

  3. Ive done the damn thing a few days after it came out , didnt get an email for weeks. Contacted support, was told to “just wait lol” that was a month ago and i still got a big bowl of fuckall.

  4. I hope people don’t get too angry if they don’t receive their pin that’s probably the same quality and type of stuff you can get for less than $4 at hot topic

    It’s a cool thing but guys please don’t get so worked up over it, anyone can remake the same pin if you tried or make a better one, it’s just a novelty thing and if they fail to deliver I hope it doesn’t make you too mad; I’ll deliver you the damn thing if you don’t get it and still feel angry that you deserved something… because it’s just a pin

  5. They mailed me the code and stuff and said it was arriving in about 12 days.

  6. So i contact Epic suport and i recieve some information. They ask me about all my acounts conected to Epic etc. Last msg from them was:

    “Thank you for getting back to us.

    We want to sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Due to a large influx of tickets we are running a little behind, however we are working hard to increase our engagement with players.

    I have just double checked your account information and you should be able to receive the email anytime soon. We will be sending out a new batch of emails for the Storm King Pin and you are on this list. Kindly wait for this email to arrive in your inbox.

    Should you have any other issues or concerns, we would encourage you to reach out to us by creating a new ticket. We will be happy to assist you.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding. ”

    That email i got 6 days ago and still nothing so i “Kindly wait for this email to arrive in your inbox.” now. Don’t know for how long. I finish this quest 2nd day they add this challange so there will be a month now.
