  1. There is a bug that affects basically *every game*, where if your gun starts shooting above ~**6 shots a second,** you get *miniscule* negative returns

This is *heavily exacerbated* when the rate of fire is **10+**.

*Before* this patch, damage calculators did *not* matter for high RoF weapons. ALL of them were misleading. None of the creators gave a damn when I pointed this out, since I am a ‘nobody’

    – This single fix has made the hacksaw shoot 20% faster.

    – Guns with RoF of 12 (bobcat, siege, etc) will shoot about 8% faster.

    – Viper will shoot ~20% faster.

    – Wraith will shoot slightly faster.

    – So many guns shoot faster, and are either at tooltip value or are very close to it.

THANK YOU EPIC. NO OTHER GAME IVE PLAYED HAS DONE THIS

If you are wondering how it affected your weapons, reply here and I can probably tell you (I used to test basically everything there is to test lol)

u/Magyst I dont know if you remember the video I posted about fire rate many months ago that you replied to, but thanks for getting it to the team all that time ago

  2. Please can you explain why this bug happens and is so ubiquitous?

I don’t understand why frame rate (the graphical display) should be affected by what I would have thought was a background calculation reliant on ping between input and calculator.

  3. I don’t get this, you said “nearly squashed a bug” so is the issue fixed or not? I don’t even know what the issue is, Maybe I’m not geek enough 😔

  4. How much will it affect the founders Drumroll with 1 Fire Rate perk (Rare) in the hands of UAH ? :/ because I felt like the fire rate wasn’t as fast as I expected .. so it was true then ?

  5. I wanted to ask about the Wraith specifically but its also applies to all guns including the one your vid:

Did the bloom improve with this change?

I only played a bit with the Wraith and it feels like the spread of the bullets is slightly better or is it my imagination?
